Online mixing and mastering is ideal if you’re on a budget, live outside of London or the UK, or simply do not have the time to attend.
You’ll liaise with the mix engineer by phone, email or WhatsApp, ensuring we fully understand the mix/mastering brief, and any specific instructions you may have on the mix i.e. reverb/delay lengths, vocal treatment, compressed vs dynamic mastering.

Attended mixing and mastering sessions are ideal for those that wish to be part of the process. By attending the session, you are able to interact with the mix engineer in real time, ensuring that any minor detail is picked up there and then.
In addition, attending the session is great for those that want to better understand the mixing and mastering process, by witnessing it first hand.

What is Mixing?
Mixing is the process of bringing all the individual elements of a production together and balancing them perfectly, in preparation for mastering.
Whether your song needs extra punch or requires a more delicate touch to bring out all the dynamics and emotion in your song, a great mix ultimately helps to create a powerful connection with your listeners.
Using a range of mixing techniques that our engineers have spent years perfecting, our expert team will provide you with the mix your song deserves.
What is Mastering?
Using a range of mastering techniques, digital plugins and analogue hardware (EQ, compression, balancing, automation, limiting) our mastering engineers will create finished masters you can truly be proud of.
Individual songs are optimised for online platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music and Deezer, as well as physical duplication. Tracks that form EPs or albums are optimised in the same way, but are also matched for consistency between each song.
If you’re pressing vinyl, please check with us if you will require a secondary master specific to this format.

FAQ
Yes, you are welcome to attend the session, however if that’s not an option for you due to where you are based, we can definitely mix and master remotely.
We offer 2 free revisions per mix or master.
We primarily mix with digital plugins, however we do have the option to mix with analogue outboard, which we feel will be more suitable for your project.
